Epithalon

Telomerase activator studied for lifespan.

Epithalon vial
PureBody MD
50mg vial

Epithalon (epitalon) is a synthetic tetrapeptide (Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly) developed from studies of the pineal peptide epithalamin by Prof. Vladimir Khavinson. It induces expression of the telomerase catalytic subunit (hTERT), lengthens telomeres in somatic cells, and normalizes melatonin secretion and circadian rhythm in older adults. Long-term Russian cohort studies have associated cyclical Epithalon use with reductions in age-related mortality and improved markers of immune and endocrine function, making it a cornerstone peptide in longevity and pineal-restoration protocols.

Clinical indications

  • Telomerase activation
  • Improved sleep
  • Circadian regulation
  • Longevity research
