PureBody MD is a business-to-business partner platform owned and operated by PureHub MD LLC. PureHub MD LLC owns PureBody MD. This site is informational and intended for prospective business partners. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and no products are sold to the public through this site.

PureBody MD does not practice medicine and does not prescribe, dispense, or sell medications. All clinical services, prescribing, fulfillment, and patient billing are provided by our telehealth provider. Eligibility for any program is determined solely by that provider's clinicians.

Submitting an application does not create a partnership and does not obligate either side to anything. Partnerships are governed by a separate written partner agreement. If these terms conflict with a signed partner agreement, the partner agreement controls.

Descriptions of programs and compounds on this site are general information for prospective partners. They are not medical claims. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and nothing here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or harvest content or data from the site by automated means.
• Misrepresent yourself, your business, or your relationship with PureBody MD.
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access non-public areas, accounts, or systems.

The content, branding, materials, and design of this site belong to PureHub MD LLC or its licensors. No license or right is granted to you other than to view the site for its intended purpose.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee any revenue, business results, patient volume, or other outcomes for partners. Any figures shown on the site are illustrative projections only.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PureHub MD LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost business. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the site is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PureHub MD LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Natrona County, Wyoming.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
